Setting up two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security applied:
- To access an Nimera Multibroker account (2FA for Authorization), or
- To withdraw from an Nimera Multibroker account (2FA for Withdrawal).
Once 2FA has been enabled for authorization, a user account is accessed with a login and a password, and a code in the Google Authenticator app. In addition, if a user enables 2FA for withdrawal, all his withdrawing transactions will require a different code from the Google Authenticator. This article provides a stepwise how-to to enable 2FA for both cases.
